Ricardo, with over 20 years of experience in international trade, specializes in construction materials and consumer goods. He has held management positions in purchasing and sales and lived for 16 years in China, where he was responsible for establishing and expanding business units. This gave him a deep understanding of the cultural impact on management and negotiation, as well as the significance of localization in business.
